Actually I am not that keen anymore with blogging. Everybody is busy with Facebook these days. To update this is a big problem then.

Well, this two days holiday we went to JPO, Johor Premium Outlet. I didn't buy anything interesting really. I just wanted to go and have a look.

I managed to talk to a lady whom I think had the impression that JPO is just like Nilai 3. What a pity.

The Coach layout is exactly the same as Citygate in Hong Kong. The cheapest bag is still over 1K. I can't find Swatch there.

Manjung

The two of us went to Manjung Mak Yan's house, Lumut and later to Seri Iskandar, a new town. On the way home we then decided to go to Ipoh, to his sister's house. We reached home nearly 11.00 pm while left home at about 7.30 am.

We used to go to Manjung at least once a forthnignt those four years ago when Ita did her form 4 and 5 there.

East Coast

The two of us started our trip at about 8.30 am on Saturday. We had our breakfast in Genting Sempah and had nasi lemak. Mine had two yolks, something rather rare to find. We went straight to Kuala Terengganu even though we knew we didn't have any room for the night to sleep. The traffic was heavy in KT and we decided to continue to Kota Bharu instead. Stayed in Temenggung Hotel and had dinner at Pantai Cahaya Bulan.

This morning we went to Nordin Batik after had our breakfast at Din Tokyo. We then drove on to Kuala Terengganu and mananged to stay at City Point, our favourite motel. This is our first time I think, having our daylight in KT.

We went homè on Monday morning since it is a public holiday because of Christmas yesterday. We started at 8.45 am from KT. Managed to go to Mesra Mall in Kemaman. I was rather surprised to see such a mall in such a place.

This time we had musang king kunyit durians 8 small pieces for RM15, D24 for RM11 just for 6 pieces in KT and another RM15 in Karak.

This is our fourth trip to East Cost this year.

MY CITY

Today I have another case about my City. I just pasted the road tax this morning before going to work. When I reached home it was gone. It's life was less than eight hours. Someone must torn it. Actually I used to lower down the window screen when I parked it in school and so far nothing happened. Well, taking the good side, at least the mirror is still there. My lucky City.

My City is six years old tomorrow. It is an old junk really. This school holiday I spent more than 1K for it. First I had it serviced for 140 K - I can't remembered how much it cost . Then I had to buy its battery about RM200 with the service charge. Today I have to change its two front tyres costs me RM340. The tyre flatten after I left JPN. He helped me again with that. Tomorrow I have to have its insurance and road tax done - this will be another RM600. Bless my City. For six years it has move about 141242 km. Thankyou very very much City - I love you.

WEEKENDS

I don't have to explain why I didn't post anything for the month of November except the nice number of 11 November. I think of the other number like 20 November 2011 is also good.

Well the school holidays are actually nonexistant to headteacher. So weekends are just too wonderful. But the last few weekends were full of wedding receptions where you mustn't miss them. I used the word must there. You simply have to attend.

But actually there are a lot of work in the office even at the end of the year. Many things really. I think of going somewhere in the country even though I have said that West Malaysia is really a small place. You have been to all the big towns but I would like to do it all over again with him. Just spending the time together.

OK Let me tell myself. After four days in Hong Kong and my one day rest, I went to Alor Star up to Kangar. At that time I was not feeling so good already but since it was just for another two nights with him, I followed through. We didn't go anywhere special just our usual holidays to be together. We managed to visit our parents graves and Nan family in Kangar. But the Sunday morning in Taiping I had to see the doctor because I really felt worst. It costs me RM114. I had a very bad cough and sore throat. That was on 30 October 2011.

Then on 8 November I went to The Tun Hussein Onn Eye Hospital, Petaling Jaya. I had my left eye crying all day long. So it cost me another RM108. The doctor placed a contact lens in my left eye which must be remove tomorrow. What a month then.

I think it is a good reason for me to stop working at 58. I am not fit at all I supposed.

I think I travelled a lot this month. Early of the month, the two of us went to Kuala Terengganu and Kota Bharu. The very next week we went to AFarmosa in Malacca for his whatever course.

Then I stayed put for one week because of my schedule which I couldn't miss.

The third week I spent with my siblings in Hong Kong with one day in Macau for five days and four nights. It is a sweet holidays. After all I managed to buy two handbags.

Then the two of us are now in Alor Star after my one day rest at home. A first we thought of going to Johor but then we postphoned it later. May be to Kangar too.

As years go by, you become old. Hoping to be wiser along the way. You took for granted about many things. Mostly you expect everything is the same stagnant as they are, never change, never transform, never different. As they are, like you first knew them. You seem to miss them then. But they changed like you are.

I hope I will stick with my decision. I will be firm.

Those years we used to go (here I started again) to Manjung Perak, Bertam Pulau Pinang and these last two years to Shah Alam, Selangor. Now we stay put. We have all the weekends to us or to school. Ita is now driving to and fro to UITM since she didn't get a place in college. I just pitied her because of the traffic jam she faced on the way home everyday

EAST COAST

The two of us went to Kuala Terengganu and Kota Bharu from 30 th September, 3.09 pm and home by 2.00 pm on 2nd October 2011 Sunday. Less than 48 hours. We stayed in CJ Citi Point Kuala Terengganu for the first night and had to leave because we only had one night. Had seafood dinner in front of the hotel. We then moved to Kota Bharu which we never think of for the weekend. We then had the night in Temenggong Hotel our favourite stay because it is rather cheap. We went to Kedai Kopi Din Tokyo, where they have the sudu sedap, Nordin Batik and had dinner in Pantai Cahaya Bulan another must to Kota Bharu. Hope to have another time spend just with him. I don't know how I spent my moments these days really. Now I like to listen to Youtube Ustaz Kazim for about two hours daily. His talks are easy to understand and he is right. May Allah bless you Ustaz Kazim.

But most of the time I used to come home late because of the traffic at MRR2 and at the same time there were so many other activities that I was involved. The office works are all the while pile loads. I can't afford to let go for a few days. Really I felt like doing nothing in school except signing a lot of papers.

Catch today. I celebrate three in one. One is Hari raya Eid-Fitri. The other is my birthday and tomorrow is Merdeka Day. As if I am that busy celebrating. At this age nearly all days are just the same routine events nothing exiciting happening.

We went to Manong after sholat raya, then Taiping. We visited the graves of our parents. Slept one night in Taiping. We managed to get eight of us together in Taiping except Kak No and Abang Nan. Waved goodbye and we went to Ipoh to visit his sisters and went home visiting Siti in Hulu Yam.

Suppose today is the last day of Ramadhan. And of all Eidul - Fitri we managed to get the real ketupat in young coconut leaves not the easily sold plastic ketupat. Ucin brought back the case from Ulu Yam and I boiled it.
These days I really don't know what I was busy about. I have just finished writing the action research thing which I simply just wrote it. I have to present my situation next Tuesday - that one I really have to prepare it well. The third one - emotion and stress course for PKG Keramat which will involve all head teachers of primary and secondary schools in Keramat. These three things took most of my time.
Suppose tomorrow is Hari Raya. I will also celebrate my birthday tomorrow- damned old. Insyaallah in two years time I will stop working.

I remembered previous Ramadhan I had to struggle alone to prepare the two meals. Now I had my daughter-in-law who really help me so much everyday. After all I can't really cook so much so buying is another nice option.

MALAY GHOSTS COMPARE TO OTHERS

I have the chance to listen to this talk about the Malays ghosts compare to other ghosts of other races. (Surprising - ghosts have their own ethic groups too)

One - the Malay ghosts are always imagined (or is it seen? ) to be dirty , sloppy dresser and never had any shoes (they don't need because they don't walk) while the British or may be American ghosts seen on tv are always dressed smartly, in fact some with tuxedo and of course with shiny latest fashion shoes. The Chinese ghosts have their complete costume with their head dresses and shoes on.

Two - the Malay ghosts are sometimes seen with not enough limbs like they never have any feet. That is the reason for not having any shoes. This tanggulung thing has only its head and intestines with no other limbs. All other races ghosts are just like human may be not in the same proportions, look at frankenstein.

Three - the Malay ghosts never talk, may be they are deaf or even dumb, which made them look silly but the other ghosts talk with well behave manner, see An Interview with the Vampire. The Malay ghosts can only scream and snarl to people which make us afraid of them. One thing in common here, all types of ghosts can laugh like a hyena.

Four - the Malay ghosts, like toyol sucks blood from its owner toe but the vampire sucks the blood from beautiful women's neck. Actually this is the greatest insult to the Malay ghosts then.

But one thing here, the Malay graveyards are places you would like to avoid. They are full of weeds and dark scary places. Unlike the Chinese graveyards, they are beautiful and you don't mind snapping photos there. Their offices are equipped with air-conditioned.

Actually I just didn't like this topic to be posted in my blog but it is rather interesting and funny when presented in the talk.

THIS AGE

I just hope I will be more patience in whatever I do. Thinking at this age I simply must behave like my age. This is not a resolution at this time of the year.

These days I am always tired after driving home that 17 km. It used to take nearly one hour of my life everyday. That MRR2 never ceased with cars with drivers going home like me too. I am trying to be patience everyday of my working life. I have to say I must be thankful because not everybody has the chance to drive to the city on their way to work. How not to say tired after being behind the wheel for all these while which is already more than a year now?

And on top of it being tired is just normal for everybody. But I told myself just be patience. There must be something better behind this. Always think positively at this very age of life. And don't demand anything from anybody even from someone close to you. Just be patience. Even if the world comes to an end. The world is still sweet out there. After all one can't bring everything you have in your coffin once you left. So just let go. You die poorly alone. So why trouble yourself. So just act wisely like your age.

Edensor is the third tetralogy of The Rainbow Troop by Andrea Hirata. I managed to read it through e-book. Mostly it is about Ikal and Arai backpacked journey throughout Europe. This book is written differently compared to his other book. I mean not much hilarious pages.

Cinta di Dalam Gelas is the second book of Padang Bulan. Mostly about Maryamah or Enong trying to get back her dgnity by playing chess and beat all the men.

I realised that the characters are all the same Arai, Lintang and A Ling all mixed up from Laskar Pelangi.

I read this book just in three days at home. I bought it in Gramedia Bali. It is the sequel for Laskar Pelangi by Andrea Hirata. The Dreamer revolve around Ikal, Arai and Jimbron, three high school boys. Ikal is the alter-ego while Arai is a distant relative of an orphan called "Simpai Keramat" as he is the last family member who is still alive and eventually became the foster brother of Ikal. Jimbron is an orphan who is obsessed with horses and stutter when he's enthusiastic about something or when he is nervous.

I mananged to read two comics of the wimpy. One The Diary of the Wimpy Kid Dog Days and another is The Diary of the Wimpy Vampire. I bought both book in Gramedia, Galleria, Bali but the Diary of the Wimpy Vampire is the Indonesian translation. They are kids stuff. The vampire book does not have many comic strips as Wimpy Kid. They are not heavy stuff.

THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS

This two weeks school holiday is nearly over. School holiday is never meant for me I suppose. There are the same routine jobs to do.
I went to Bali Indonesia with my siblings , Pak Itam, Kak No, Mak Yan and my daughter, Masyitha. It was a good experience and we stayed in two comfortable rooms, Amadea Seminyak Resort and Villa. We visited a lot of places and managed to watch two dance performances, the Barongngan and Kecak Dance live. Since there is no shopping complex there, I didn't buy that really anything but I managed to buy a Gucci handbag with the help of Kak No credit card. It costs me a fortune. I paid it the very next day I reached home.
On Tuesday we had high tea in China Treasure in Sime Darby Convention Center. Pak Itam organized it, Kak No paid it with kak Esah and Boboy present. May we have some other nice and sweet moments like these in future. It is not easy for us to get together again any more at this age. Thankyou everybody.

WRITING

I have to write the action research as required. So all my writings was done while traveling sitting in the car and it was really started in Pantai Medical Hospital Ipoh while visiting my sick father-in-law. I wrote a few pages then. To really sit down to do the writing is just impossible. Somehow then you think about the ipad. May be it is great to have one. You can straight away writing then.

Missing those days

How I am missing those days when we used to travel from a mere four hundred km to a thousand to and fro per one trip in one weekend. Those weekends we travelled from Hulu Selangor to Manjung for two years when Ita was in form 4 and 5 (2006 and 2007). Then also in mid 2006 until mid 2007 we went to KMPP in Bernam to visit Ucin. That was more than 300 km one way from Hulu Selangor. Worst still (for a span of one year) we moved nearly 1K when Ita was in KMK in Changloon because we continued to go to Kangar to visit my father when he was still alive. Those were really the days. I really missed the driving with him. Someting we enjoyed doing together.

I wonder now I have to drive about twenty km but it takes almost one hour. My world is full of traffic jams. Those days I had to drive 42 then it used my one hour, now it is still the same one hour. No I must just accept my luck.

IPOH - His father dies

Last week on Tuesday, we went to Ipoh to visit his sick father in Pantai Medical Centre, ICU. We left KL at about 5.00 pm with my City. Ita was following us. After spending some time in the ward we had a rest for the night in Tambun, abang's home. We came home on Wednesday afternoon around 6.00 pm. Then there was a call telling that we should go back to Ipoh again to transfer his sick father to GH Ipoh.

But since he was too tired, the two of us went back to Ipoh with his crv then on Thursday morning. Actually what I noticed was that his father did'nt even open his lids all those while, but they said his father did for three times without uttering a word. After settling his father, still in ICU GH Ipoh after waiting for some time, we decided to go home that very Thurday late afternoon. But when we were about Behrang his sister called telling his father conditioned was worsened. So we went back to Ipoh again that early Thursday night. After spending some moment there in the 7A ward, his father passed away at about 10.05 pm.

The body was brought to Tambun by about late night. Then by Friday morning almost everybody was in Tambun to pay their last respect. By about 12.30 the body was prayed and later taken to Manong for burial. All my kid were there. His staff were also present. Thankyou everybdoy.

MY DAYS

I was busy these last four weeks attending courses compulsory for me. From 11 April till 15 April was Construction of KPI in IAB Genting. Then the next week, 20 till 22nd April in Permaisuri Resort Port Dickson, a course for New Principal in Wilayah Persekutuan. Then again another three days in IAB Genting, a course in Organizing Problem Solving from 26 till 28 April. And lastly a course on Action Research held on 4th and 5th May in Kuala Lumpur International Hotel.

The courses were held four weeks in a row and made me left the school for long. And last weekend, Saturday and Sunday - 7 th and 8 th May we went to Kuala Terengganu to see his girls in the hockey tournament. On the 10 th late afternoon, we went to Ipoh to visit his sick father in Pantai Hospital. We were home on the 11 th late afternoon. I suppose at the wee hour today we are going again to Ipoh to see his father. He is unconscious right now for more than two days and is supported by the machine for survival. Bless him.

In a way I regretted I had such a big mouth. I shouldn't have tell what was going on with work. Of course one can't get everything done like what it should be. It is just work, there is nothing new about it. I don't create anything extra or something strange, it is just like it is. As a worker you have to do it. There is nothing to do with the boss is always right all the time. Actually it is damned difficult to text everything here.

Concerning work, the outcomes are really expected not only the output. It is so demanding in my workplace. On top of it I am not a perfectionist. That is the trouble.

PERFECT GAME

I managed to talk to a new friend about partnership in life. She said the other person expects perfectness in everything and has so much 'self actualization' in all walks of life. He demands high standard even in his children. Then I started to understand what had actually happened in our life. If I could text everything here.

That perfectness makes a person lonely. No one wants to be your company. Somehow now I don't regret what had I done even though walls talked.

I wished to write many things here. I don't suppose anybody like to know what I write. I wonder who like to peek. There is nothing interesting in here. You see before I started blogging, I do have diaries. Like a little girl. I write what I felt but actually I don't write everything. I thought I wrote about my kids especially Ita and ucin when they were still in school. I wrote about how I felt when they left us for good. They were small books where I can put them in my small handbag.
I like small black handbag.

I lost one handbag in Ulu Yam house where I lost everything including that particular diary except my handphone. I wrote about how I felt when Ucin obtained his good SPM results (for me that was good enough) and when he entered KMPP. I also wrote about my trip to Kangar, Langkawi and Sungai Petani in that book if I am not mistaken.

At that time I was in SMK Syed Mashor Batang Kali. How I was very sad in that school because I was not in good term with the headteacher. I still say here if you are not good with the others especially you are the boss, the fault still fall on you yourself. Don't judge others as if as the boss is right every time.

I bought a black Waterman fountain pen today. It costs me RM175 after a 30% discount. I already have four Parker rollerball pens, two black, one darkblue and one red. I also have a black Lamy rollerball pen, one metallic Shaeffer ballpoint and one Faber Castell ballpoint. I also have one red Parker ballpoint. Actually I do have a cheap light blue Waterman fountain pen - bought more than five years ago cost RM50. It seems years ago I just used cheap BIC ballpoints. Now I think why not? I write a lot everyday.

I always wish I can write a lot in this medium. Especially about my work but I just can't make it. It actually shows the weakness. All those that were recorded here are just sweet things as if nothing worst had happened. Most of the time there were some sour memories that we wished to vanish as they appeared in our life. By the way last weekend (12 - 13 April 2011) Malik, Nurul, Ita and me went to Ipoh to witness Farah's wedding. We spent the night in a budget hotel in Tambun. He is in Semarang now with his school programme.

MY STORY

This is my son's wedding invitation card.

Mostly while driving home I have a lot of ideas what to write here. But when the screen is in front of me, I keep thinking what to text.

This is my story.

I have settled my car loan by late December 2010 - my Honda City. It is completely mine. But I never received my grant by the bank. The bank officers kept telling me it is not in their possession. It involved three banks in Kuala Lumpur. I had such a bad experience and now I am thinking of changing my bank account.

School work? It is tonnes of them. Keep coming every seconds of my life without fail.

The holiday is very near the end, Malik ceremony was also over. This short school holiday was full of happening to us. Last Friday I forgot to turn on the light while driving to school. It was still dark, I hardly repeated this mistake when I remembered I forgot to turn on the light when I drive at late evening in Kuala Pilah. That was years ago when I was still in college.

Then yesterday I drove over my cat. Oh my! I screamed my heart out. It is limping now. I really felt bad and sorry for the cat.

I supposed I am just careless. Nothing to do with unlucky day or what.

I managed to read these two books written in cartoon. I bought them in Gramedia, Grand Indonesia, Jakarta.

Diary of a Whimpy Kid by Jeff Kinney is about the life of a young school boy in US. I finished reading it while still in Jakarta. I think I would like to be a cartoonist after reading it.

But The Colour of Earth by Kim Dong Hwa is about a girl and her widow mother who alked about sex in a very symbolic way. I have this book in Indonesian - Warna Tanah. The drawing is very nice and the trees are drawn articulately.

It seems so sudden the year 2010 is coming to an end. It just seems to me. Well everybody knows this. This coming week is the very last week of 2010. It is full of school meetings and Jabatan meeting.

My father passed away in early January.

The two of us went to Kuala Terengganu, Kuantan, west coast of Johor, the very southern tip of Malaysia then go up to Melaca and Negeri Sembilan. It took us three days and three nights. I enjoyed this trip because we just want to enjoy the time together. This happened in April. Hope we can do it again this coming 2011'

I got my transfer in July from SMKSC to SMKS5.

I went to Bandung and Jakarta in July and again in late November. I went to Haadyai and Songkla in October.

My HEM in SMKSC promoted to Principal in April while my PK in SMKS5 promoted in December this year.

My second son Ucin had his convo in early December where we couldn't witness live.

Everything, I supposed everthing in this world has both sides of its characteristics. Just that to live we have to choose only one at any one moment. We can never get both.
So we simply have to make the correct choice. Sometimes we do make the wrong decision where at that particular moment it seems that the action taken is perfect to you. Later, much later you realise that it was wrong then. But somehow it seems again nothing can be done about it. I suppose it is Allah will then. How to say I felt very very very slighted because both of us were denied admission to witness life Ucin Convocation in UITM this afternoon. After quieing a very long line, we were ushered to a hall next to the main venue. I really felt disappointed actually afterall one doesn't have kids to convo every year. I only have three kids.
I am glad for Ucin achievements.

We went home on Friday night by 1950 flight from Jakarta Soekarno by MAS. Touched down in KLIA at 2250 and we were backed to Bandar Warisan for the night.

The Friday morning we went to Masjid Istiqlal located at Taman Wijaya Kusuma, which is the biggest Masjid in South East Asia. It has five floors. Then we went to Mangga Dua to buy Indon handicraft, comparable to Tanah Abang and lastly we went for our last lunch at 24-hour Garuda.

I bought five books in Gramedia and one in Kinokuniya Grand Indonesia.

Just finished our makan in Grand Indonesia Foodstall, Jakarta. It is considered expensive eating here since this is their exclusive shopping mall. We were from Bandung by train at 1130 reaching Gambir Railway Station, Jakarta 1530 local time. We are staying in One Studio Residence, a motel exactly by Malaysian standard which is in the heart of Jakarta.

My third day in Bandung is quite a good time. The three of us went to Crater Tangkupan Prahu, later to Sari Ater some sort hot spring to dunk our feet, to Kampong Daun and ad a light meal. Later we went to Paris van Java Shopping Mall, managed to watch the Angklung Concert - that was a sweet experience and to buy Kartika Sari brownies, jajan and dinner in San Francisco Mertabak.

It seems suddenly that the year 2010 is near the end.
Like last Sunday we had our Convent Peel Reunion. We just held it at Kenny Rogers in Cheras Leisure Mall. Who were coming? Kak Jamaiyah and her two daughters, Hafizah, husband and her two kids, Dr Maria, Laili, Maznah and another whom I couldn't recalled her name. I brought Ita along. Then after that we went to Nilai 3 to visit Arpah, another Convent Peel friend.
It is nice to see them again. Hope they are coping life.
For the record, besides this reunion I attended more than ten social gatherings and functions. One each in Grand Seasons - hi-tea, Royale Chulan hi- tea, Royale Bintang dinner, Swiss Garden dinner, IOI Mall dinner, Flamingo - dinner, Legend - hitea, glamourous Golden Horses - dinner and Pullman of Putrajaya also dinner, Seri Cempaka dinner and twice in Quality - dinner and hitea. These took place almost every other day. I only missed one hitea in Grand Season.

It is more than four months I have been working in Kuala Lumpur, Wangsa Maju Section 5. The route I used to take these days are those journey I took on my way home to Ulu Yam then. But since staying in KL traveling less than twenty km one way is considered very very convenient. I used different routes to and fro work. In a way I like it even though the jam is always there. Life here is more hectic.

It's quite sometimes that I didn't post any news here. Actually there were a lot of happening really but I supposed I was just lazy and at times I read. I have to have an entry today because of the lovely numbers.

I managed to read two novels - a sequence actually - The Missing Piece Part I and part II. Both are over 700 pages thick, beautifully written by Fatimah Busu. The story revolved around Imrah and her two husbands Lawrence Joehari and Charlie. They stayed in Penang and some parts in Kuala Lumpur. Imrah studied hard and got her PhD and worked as a lecturer in USM. I like this part of the story because I studied in USM too and the scenes were memory lanes to me.

Now for four consecutive weekends I am fully occupied with school works. With meetings and works, works and works. There are mountains of papers to sign. With only Sundays as my free days I felt it is never enough of time. One thing about all these is I still have my weight on. It never less as if nothing really matters.

THE HARI RAYA HOLIDAYS

At this age, Hari Raya is a day to get back together and exchange notes. It is our turn to become the old parents where the kids come home to us. I am accepting this fact of life - just that I don't have any grandchildren yet. None of my kids is married.

This Raya we went to Taiping, Kuala Kangsar, Ipoh and we managed to pass through Cameron Highland before going home. That was our third trip to Cameron this year alone. Second day the two of us went to Semenyeh Selangor to visit his brother. On the third day we went again to Ipoh and later to Taping for his old school reunion.

I went to work on the 6th Shawal and to Rawang and Batang Kali on the 7th. We are going to Ipoh again tomorrow.

Today my City recorded 121212 km at 7.52 am. Since I worked in Wangsa Maju the machine does not travel much. Usually my mileage is more than 2K per month but now to beat 1K seems impossible.

Today I went to the Immigration Department and for the first time I was asked whether I am a senior citizen. I felt funny. I admitted that I am not young anymore but to say as a senior citizen I felt different. May be I am not used to it. Well this is my first time. In a way I didn't have to wait for long like the others.

Somehow I couldn't open my usual e-mail. I don't think I forgot the password after all I have to look at it more than once a day. I considered it active because there were many facebook messages. If I didn't peek it for three days then there would be more than half an hour to browse all of them.

Then started the call asking am I still in the country. I was supposed to be in Nigeria doing an educational conference. What a hack. And I needed some cash as I lost my papers while I was there. I hated what happened. May be I opened a stupid e-mail supposed to be from him. I pitied my friends and brothers who concerned about me. Thank you so much. Allah bless all of us. Now I have a new e-mail. I lost my ten years e-mail address as I love it. There are many mails that I treasured especially his words when he was in London a few years back.

IN ONE WEEK TIME

In one week time I should have stop working. I'll be fifty-five. But more than ten years earlier when I was working in college came a circular to extend the service till fifty-six. I agreed with it. Then came another two years extension to fifty-eight, I still signed for it.

So now I still have another three years to go. I just hope I am always fine and ok to carry out my duties. Amin

Actually this July is quite busy for me. First I had my transfer - because of this I had to pack my things for good and do my serah tugas which I haven't done officially yet until today. However I managed to come to SMKS5 on 6 July, Tuesday. Then on 10 till 13 July the four of us went to Jakarta-Bandung with the principals of Hulu Selangor. I have uploaded more than 300 shots in facebook PKPSM Hulu Selangor.
In between then, the weekends we went to Shah Alam to take Ita home or sent her back to UITM.
Yesterday 24 July, the two of us went to Fraser Hill following both routes. Just for a drive and had some shots.

I was instructed to transfer to SMK Seksyen 5 Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur on 1st July 2010 but the letter was received on 2nd July. To be honest I am just glad to overcome the burden of driving 84 km per working day but the jam is still there. Well thankyou anyway. How to have the joy when one must be behind the wheel more than two hours a day, we only have twenty-four hours. As if we have nothing better to do.

MY DRIVING

I still love my City.

Today and yesterday I have to drive his crv to work. My City had some noise if I turned on the pedals. I hardly have my City less than five years and I bought it brand new, meaning I am still paying it's installment monthly.

So from my experience of driving both cars, I love my City more. Why? Because I can speed up to 140 km/h within seconds but not with a crv. I have to admit crv is very stable and you have a feeling of comfort and big there. But I like speed better. Remember I am driving 84 km per working day. End of this June I have been driving that 84 km per working day for a complete one year. I can't afford to drive slow as taking my sweet time. Just can't stand it. I can't afford to spend more than two hours a day just behind the wheel. We have other things to do.

I have been travelling with my City for about 54 months or four and a half years with about 116700 km. Faster than the normal rate. Or I can say less than three months for my 5000 km service.

Both of us are now in Kota Bharu since yesterday. He has his meeting as usual before the school holiday so I follow him.
We managed to have lunch at Kedai Kopi Din Tokyo yesterday.
This time only the two of us are going and we are staying in Grand Riverview Hotel. Today I had the chance to go Pasir Panjang as their activities to the principal's families. I really don't buy abything just a few scarves and a dozen rollerball Parker refill since I considered them quite cheap. I got it RM7.20 each in Pasir panjang but in Kota Bharu, it costs only RM5.20. I remembered in KL, in Alor Star, in Kangar, in Batang Kali it costs me RM8.90. I got it once in Taman Midah Rm8.00.

I don't like time like this. I mean the very Sunday late afternoon. Because it means tomorrow is another working day. Just hate the 84 km driving. i think I am already stressful. Can't deny it.

I still remembered when I was young, indeed very young, I told my late mother not to sleep in the afternoon. I used to see her taking her nap without fail then. I told her if she fall asleep then night will fall then. She told me night will fall no matter whether she sleep or not. Later, so much later then I understood it.

May be that's why you called it Black Monday. Other days are not that bad then.

MY SAY

On certain day of my life, how to say you just pass through without much luck. I am not expecting anything great, just a normal one will do. Nothing to think about. But this happening - is in fact some great moments about my time.

Like my driving. For one thing I am expecting I will drive one kilometer within a span of one minute. So for 42 km I will take at most 45 minutes - an extra 3 minutes. I usually beat this time on my way to work. So far I only involved with two unfortunate journeys, one - when the landslide occurred somewhere near Selayang sometime late last year and two - just last Saturday 15 March 2010 when a lorry carrying full load of bricks met an accident somewhere at the end of the one lane road before Tesco Rawang. That Saturday cost me about fifty minuted late than usual. But that landslide I just turned around and went home.

On my way home - I can say I am always not so lucky. Sometime it started with the traffic light near the Nasi Ayam Restaurant, about one kilometer near school. To pass that trafficlight took nearly fifteen minutes. Then it continued with the fruit stall before Rawang and went on until Tesco. The road leads to then, I considered quite lonely where I could drive 140 km/h - that near Rawang Craft College. I must drive fast here because I couldn't get anywhere later to drive fast. Usually I just beat 120 km/h here.

Diving on I will pass the National Mosque. How do I say? I am the one who didn't get any blessing as I passed it twice a working day.

We went to Cameron on the first thought without much thinking. We were from Ipoh about 2.00 pm and reached Tapah by 6.00 pm. Hardly less than four hours the journey. By 9.30 pm we reached home.
